We’re Amanda Abella and Justin Keltner, a couple of online entrepreneurs turned expats who love helping people find their dream homes abroad. For over 15 years, we’ve built businesses in e-commerce, marketing, and coaching, but our hearts truly light up when we’re exploring new countries.

It all started when Justin landed in Medellin, Colombia, and stayed for three years, followed by a move to Mexico. Amanda, a lifelong traveler, always dreamed of living overseas. In 2022, we met through business friends, clicked instantly, and soon were married, adventuring through Mexico together.

In 2023, we launched our Entrepreneur Expat YouTube and podcast to share our journey. The response was wild—people didn’t just want tips; they needed help finding homes, navigating immigration, and settling abroad. So, we built Expat Property Search, connecting expats with trusted real estate pros, attorneys, and more to make moving seamless and exciting.
